Quality Inspection

Mineral quality testing refers to the systematic analysis of the physical properties, chemical composition, and process performance of solid or liquid minerals such as coal, iron ore, copper concentrate, and rare earths, in order to assess their commercial value, trade compliance, and industrial applicability.

1. Sampling: Conduct sampling mechanically or manually according to standards to ensure representativeness.

2. Sample Preparation: Crushing, splitting, and grinding to achieve the desired particle size for analysis.

3. Laboratory analysis: physical testing, chemical analysis, and hazardous substance testing.

4. Data review and reporting: Compare with ISO, GB, or trade contract limits, and issue test certificates in both Chinese and English.
