Mineral sample preparation refers to the process of preparing homogenized and standardized samples of collected raw iron ore through a series of physical or chemical processing steps that meet laboratory analysis or testing requirements. Easy fluidization detection is a specialized test aimed at the risk of liquefaction (fluidization) of easily fluidized goods (such as iron ore powder, nickel ore, coal, etc.) during transportation or storage due to high moisture content. This test is mainly used to evaluate the stability of goods under vibration, pressure, or ship motion conditions, in order to prevent safety accidents such as cargo displacement, ship tilting, and even overturning caused by liquefaction.
