Weighing with scales

Grain weighing refers to the precise weighing of grain using weighing equipment (such as weighbridges, electronic belt scales, track scales, etc.) that has been subject to national metrological verification, in order to determine its actual weight. It is primarily used in trade settlement, warehouse management, logistics and transportation, and other related processes.

operating procedure

1. Weighing instrument calibration: Calibrate using standard weights to ensure that the measurement accuracy complies with JJG 539-2016 (Verification Regulation for Digital Indicating Scales). Check the levelness of the scale body, the status of the sensor, and environmental interference (such as wind and vibration).

2. Weighing operation: Complete vehicle weighing: Empty vehicle tare weight (Tare Weight) → Gross Weight after loading grain → Net Weight = Gross Weight - Tare Weight. Belt scale/rail weighbridge:

Record the cumulative weight in real-time and conduct regular sampling reviews.

3. Data recording: Automatically print weighing sheets (including time, license plate number, gross/skin/net weight), with confirmation signatures from all three parties.

4. Exception handling: If any abnormal weight is detected (such as exceeding the tolerance range by ±0.5%), suspend the operation and investigate the cause (such as leakage or cheating).
